- Product Information: We try to ensure all product details, prices, and images are accurate. Minor differences in packaging/design may occur.
- Orders: Orders may be confirmed by phone/WhatsApp before delivery. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it cannot be verified.
- Payments: We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payment. For UPI payments, order will be processed after payment confirmation.
- Delivery: We currently deliver in selected local areas. Delivery time depends on availability and location.
- Returns/Replacement: Due to hygiene reasons, sanitary pads once delivered are not returnable. However, replacement can be provided for damaged or wrong items if informed within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customer Support: For any issues, contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
- Privacy: Customer details are used only for order processing and support and are not sold to third parties.
